The Google Adwords Keyword Tool will tell you what keywords are currently being searched based on a root keyword. Why have we done this ?

This is a very key phase and a very useful tool allowing you to:

• Confirm Google's search volumes; trends and competition for a range keywords
• Discover 'related' words to your keywords
• Extract keywords from an existing website

When testing keywords consider:

• How a client would describe your offerings - be cautious about industry jargon & assumptions!
• Keywords for their 'need' as well as for the solution.
