This is a simple check to find out if Google knows about your site. Why have we done this ?

Google will either:

a) List your site
List pages from your site indicating Google already knows of your website.
Excellent! - Let's move onto the next step

b) Your search - <Your URL> - did not match any documents.

Oh oh ! we have a fundamental problem here.

If Google doesn't know about your website - then your website is invisible to search.

Prospective clients will never find your site unless they already know your website address.

Try this simple test to find out if Google knows about your site:

1. Go to Google (Which Google?)

2. Search for your website's address as illustrated below

3. Check if your website is featured in the results
